Well, havent been studying much. But discovered this nice song by Jesse McCartney.
Enjoy!

Jesse McCartney - Just So You Know

I shouldnt love you but I want to
I just cant turn away
I shouldnt see you but I cant move
I cant look away

I shouldnt love you but I want to
I just cant turn away
I shouldnt see you but I cant move
I cant look away

And I dont know how to be fine when Im not
Cause I dont know how to make a feeling stop

[Chorus:]
Just so you know
This feelings taking control of me
And I cant help it
I wont sit around, I cant let him win now
Thought you should know
Ive tried my best to let go of you
But I dont want to
I just gotta say it all
Before I go
Just so you know

Its getting hard to be around you
Theres so much I cant say
Do you want me to hide the feelings
And look the other way

And I dont know how to be fine when Im not
Cause I dont know how to make a feeling stop

[Chorus]

This emptiness is killing me
And Im wondering why Ive waited so long
Looking back I realize
It was always there just never spoken
Im waiting here...been waiting here

[Chorus]

Just finished watching until ep9 of 1 litre of tears. Whao, i really cried alot. It's super touching.
There's 4 children in the family and Aya( main character) is the eldest, followed by Ako, Hiroki and Rika. There's this part which Aya taught his brother Hiroki to kick soccer and then his skills improved. He managed to get selected in a game and then his frens were like "wha.." that kind over him. Then Hiro kind of boasted to them that his sister Aya is smart and pretty and she taught him to play football. But who knows, when his frens saw Aya in a sports shop and recognised her, they began to laugh at her(because by then Aya wasn't walking normally) saying that a sister like her who's walking like a penguine couldn't possibly be the one who taught hiro to play soccer. Then hiro was also being laughed at by his frens during soccer practice.
That actually made hiro felt ashamed of aya. It's really sad because all along aya's really a very kind girl who's gentle to everybody around her. Finally ako witnesses a scene of mocking by hiro's frens at hiro and then she scolded him for not retaliating when his frens say that of his sister.
It was then ako realises that hiro actually felt ashamed of his own sister. Ako gave him a scolding session which was overheard by aya herself who was all along hiding at the doorstep and did not enter the house. How sad could it be when u know that ur family is ashamed of you! Of cos she went to cry aft that. It's really very very touching to hear how ako describes her sister, that she was very optimistic and cheerful all the while she was facing this illness. Everybody that walked past gave her discriminating glances but you know how she thought of it? "I know among all this discriminating glances, there are still kind glances as well." that's what she thought.
And somemore, when aya goes to sch, there's always these 2 frens who were always waiting for her in the morning to help her up the stairs. Aya always apologises ro them for bringing them trouble, but they always say "nvm nvm!" and smile away. Until once when aya left sch early for a checkup, the cg rep stood up and wanted to discuss abt aya's issues with the class then aya overheard these 2 best frens of hers confessing that it was indeed tiring and troublesome while helping her. Imagine how heartbroken she must've felt! She was by the door listening. Everyone was like so kind in front of her but so mean towards her behind her back. So fake. If they really felt troublesome they can say straight in her face!
So sad. Becos even the teacher was so fake towards her in the show. I've cried for like dunno how many episodes oredy, ever since ep3. Really cry la! This explains the tile of the show.
Anyway, this is what i've found on the net about Aya's disease.

What is Cerebellar Degeneration?

Cerebellar degeneration is a disease process in which neurons in the cerebellum - the area of the brain that controls muscle coordination and balance - deteriorate and die. Diseases that cause cerebellar degeneration can also involve areas of the brain that connect the cerebellum to the spinal cord, such as the medulla oblongata, the cerebral cortex, and the brain stem. Cerebellar degeneration is most often the result of inherited genetic mutations that alter the normal production of specific proteins that are necessary for the survival of neurons.

Symptoms: The most characteristic symptom of cerebellar degeneration is a wide-legged, unsteady, lurching walk, usually accompanied by a back and forth tremor in the trunk of the body. Other symptoms include slow, unsteady and jerky movement of the arms or legs, slowed and slurred speech, and nystagmus -- rapid, small movements of the eyes.

Adapted from :http://www.ninds.nih.gov/disorders/cerebellar_degeneration/cerebellar_degeneration.htm

Oh, and i've looked up the net and was dismayed to find out that she lived only until the age of 25 when she got the disease at only 15. Only a lifespan of 10 years. An ex-basketball athlete that ended up like that. It's really depressing.

Just started watching this show called Ichi Rittoru no Namida - 1 litre of tears.
I started hearing bout it a long time ago when limian n zhirong watched it.
But i nv go watch until today, when i kind of got reminded about it while searching to new shows to watch.
It's really damn sad. U could really cry (abt 1 litre?).
This story is based on a TRUE ACCOUNT of one such japanese girl.
She got this disease called Spinalcerebellum Atrophy which is i think kind of rare cos i nv heard of it before. This disease causes e patient to gradually lose control of his/her body. At the start, she stumbles while walking and does not have a measure of distance, for instance she tries to grab smth frm the floor but fail cos her hand jus missed it like that. Isn't that scary? Like u cant catch hold of anyth at all. Even when it's right in front of you, you could missed it like that.
The saddest thing is that the poor girl is only 15 years old! Oh my god. What do we do when we're 15? She's a very good and smart girl. But why did it(disease) choose her? That was what she's been asking the doctor.
I'm currently at ep4 and i cried at ep3 last part when she got to know bout her disease. It's like sad thruout when she doesn't know bout her condition and her parents tried to hide it from her. Her sister also gave snide remarks about her parents' biasness cos she doesnt know that her sister's sick.
So sad. K gtg...

Ha! Overall happy day again today.
We watched protege today. It's a really nice movie. It's really nice cos it's quite meaningful in a sense that it's both enriching and like widening ur scope of the world.
i mean who have ever thought how ppl make drugs and all that? Like how they make it into how many percent pure and concocting their own mixture.
In the show there are scenes that are quite scary. Like some disgusting scenes where there are.. ok shan't say in case got ppl wanna watch.
But it really provides interesting insights in the world of drug traffickers, dealers and producers! Jung even kind of linked it to Blood Diamond..Thanks la. Hahaa. U watch the show then u will know.
Anyway, it's really a great movie la. All Andy Lau's movies happen to be nice. From my view. But Andy's really cool! And Daniel Wu is like super shuai.
Hmmm..so just watch la. It's a super worth it movie.
